Lvl Purple II and higher: Power Snatch 2 Reps @ 80% of PR

Run 1 Mile (Aerobic Power) TC`20

10 m Handstand Walk / 3 Wall Climbs
5 BMUS/CTB/PLU/JPLU/RR
